This year sees our 10th Annual on property sale in September, and we are immensely proud to be offering 8 stud rams and 75 flock rams.

Through meticulous selection of breeding stock, we have put together a draft of consistently even rams with an important emphasis on carcass, focusing on strong bone structure and conformation ensuring our animals are well balanced and correct on their feet.

We do shear our sale rams. At Red Hill it is all about presentation and integrity and by shearing our stock we can look for those colour imperfection that may not be otherwise obvious under their hair cover. Sale rams are weighed three weeks before our sale.

Here at Red Hill, we have recently implemented the measurement of eye muscle depth and fat depth on all our sire rams retained in the stud and our sale rams which has proved to be a valued tool to clients with ram selection.
